Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to FflamRosa for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Site without our express written authorization.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, bodysuits, or final sale items marked as such are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
