Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Method & Areas

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your items. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. FflamRosa has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
