How long does processing and shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. For most regions, standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We offer standard and express shipping. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Express shipping options and rates are available for select regions during checkout. Please note, we are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please initiate all returns through our Returns Center by contacting [email protected].
How do I return an item and get a refund?
First, please contact our support team at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected], and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Care instructions are provided on the garment's label and in the product description. We generally recommend gentle machine washing in cold water or hand washing, and laying flat to dry to maintain the shape and color of your items.
